People who work with me seem to become more deeply in touch with themselves and to live their lives in increasingly rich and creative ways. I am expert in conducting Couples Therapy. Relationships are the foundations for positive and negavtive living, and when we live poorly in them, we become susceptible to anxious and depressed feelings. In this environment, seeing clearly, and solving problems so as to live with more satisfaction, can be a tall order. Triangulating with drugs, alcohol, people, can be compelling, but their compulsivity reduces the chance of finding intimacy with one's self or another's. Humor is often a part of my work to reduce pain. I utilize a blend of cognitive, insight and supportive methods to promote mental health.
